Q. What is your return policy?
A. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Moga Yoga will gladly exchange or issue a full refund for all items received within (14) days of receipt of your order, provided the return has not been worn or washed, and is free of defects. We do not refund shipping charges. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
In order to expedite your return, you must contact customer service at Returns@MogaYoga.com to obtain an authorization number. Items returned without an authorization number may not be eligible for returns or may delay the processing of your return.
Q. How is my order shipped?
A. All orders are shipped out US Priority Mail.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we do. Be advised that Moga Yoga is not liable for any customs charges, duties or taxes associated with international orders. These fees are collected by the receiving country’s customs agencies beyond the control of Moga Yoga.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. We charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Colorado as required by law.
Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. Our shipping charges are simple and reasonable. Within the continental United States, the base price to ship one item is a flat $6.95. For each additional item ordered, we add $1.00, so two items shipped would be $7.95, three items would be $8.95 and so on. International orders are shipped Global Priority Mail, with the first item, a flat rate of $14.95, and $2.00 for each additional item.
